AGREEMENT:

I understand that I am responsible for the proper use and safe keeping of the ShowLead and ShowLead Mobile Lead Management Systems covered by this agreement and that I will be liable for the loss of or damage to this equipment in the amount of up to $3000 per unit. If I have not chosen the 'at booth pick-up option' after the show, failure to return the unit will result in a $100 charge being applied to my account (does not cover loss or damage of unit). In addition, I understand that rental cancellation must be done 30 days prior to the show in order to receive a refund. Any orders cancelled less that 30 days prior to the show, including any orders not picked up at the show by a representative of the above said company will not receive a refund. In case of sell out of a particular unit type, Showcare reserves the right to substitute at the same or lower price.
