Washington, D.C. – The refreshed website’s look was created to reflect the new brand identity keeping the user experience in mind. “Showcare recently established a new identity. We had to streamline our website with the newly adopted brand image and a temporary site was built to accommodate in the spring of 2015. Along with the new branding, a lot of other changes were made, mostly with our business practices and company philosophy.” said Ted McGregor, Sales Representative at Showcare.

Some of the new site’s highlights include a cleaner, more attractive look, a more engaging user experience and enhanced navigation for both mobile and desktop devices. The site is built so that people visiting can contact Showcare on almost any page. Access to crucial information and contact locations were key points of concern for Showcare, “We didn’t want to waste an opportunity for prospects to submit a request for information or be unable to reach us. All requests sent through the website are delivered to key contacts within the company, and at pretty high levels to ensure that everything is dealt with accordingly. No matter where a visitor is navigating on the site, there is always a call-to-action for more information if needed.” A richer yet simplified product information section and added sections will also help with its functionality. “We didn’t want visitors to have to read through a novel to go through our product information”. Also, the website was given a ‘more human touch’ by incorporating Showcare’s history and employee pictures and backgrounds giving a face and a name to the brand. “Clients need to know who we are and what we’re all about if they are to work with us”. Website visitors can now also stay informed with the latest news of the company. A new Press Release section was also created to keep visitors up-to-date with the newest product information and company updates.
