- Report to the Senior Operations Coordinator and Team Leader.
- Maintenance of a web-based system, including modifications requested by client, reviewing the accuracy of the data, and monitoring the functionality and service.
- Monitoring and creating client reports on a daily and/or weekly basis.
- Updating and maintaining a multi-event spreadsheet to assist in data analysis and a daily task calendar.
- Scheduling of business activities and establishing priorities for daily office activities.
- Maintaining alphabetical, numerical, chronological and specialized project reference files used by your team.
- Attending designated conferences and meetings, taking and transcribing minutes as required.
- Providing general administrative assistance and support to departmental staff. Administrative duties include: document processing; assisting with the cataloguing, collating, copying and comparing of evidence; typing, revising and finalizing documents; photocopying, faxing, screening and drafting routine correspondence, memoranda and reports; closing files and preparing them for storage.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Travel may be required.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have the following qualifications,
- College or University education preferably in Business or Computer's.
- A proven self-starter with a minimum of 2 years working experience providing administrative support.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Programming background an asset.
- Proven fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective time management and exceptional organizational skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Flexible and adaptive in response to changing team needs. OR Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in our fast paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and be able to prioritize client related deadlines.
- Friendly personality, attention to detail and initiative is a must.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
Professional and mature attitude.
- Detail-oriented; self-confident and able to learn quickly.
- Excellent command of the English language.

Our Client Services group has an immediate career opportunity for a Web Developer. As part of the team you'll be required to provide system support and development of web-based registrations solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications based on client requirements, while adhering to system standards and procedures.
- Analyze and develop program logic and scripts based on business rules and requirements.
- Programming, unit testing, system testing, implementing and providing support to users.
- Provide ongoing support by ensuring stability of the application and addressing and resolving business issues in a timely manner.
- Provide reference material by writing and maintaining user documentation, procedures and guidelines.
- Extensive travel across North America to support onsite equipment and registration solutions.
Qualifications:
- University or College computer related degree or equivalent from a technical school; or 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
- Development experience using Microsoft development tools, such as ASP, SQL Server 2000, and Visual Studio are required. COM+, ASP.NET, C# experience is not required but would be considered and asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of systems development life cycle.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people at all levels in the department.
