A - We offer three different base Lead Management solutions as well as several different Lead Management accessories and services. We also offer several solutions for adding lead qualifiers to your base Lead Management unit selection - see below Base management solution Options
Lead Management Accessories and Services USB hub rental: This option is for use with the Showlead™ Pro unit only and provides the exhibitor with the ability to add (4) additional USB ports to their notebook computer. This option is recommended for exhibitors that only have (1) USB port on their notebook computers or exhibitors that require there USB ports for other devices at the show. Extra paper rolls: This option provides developers with an extra roll(s) of paper for the Showlead™ Desktop unit (This option is for the Showlead™ Desktop unit only) Extra paper rolls: This option provides developers with an extra roll(s) of paper for the Showlead™ unit (This option is for the Showlead™ unit only) After show pick-up Service: This option provides exhibitors with the freedom of having a Showcare staff member come to their booth after the show to pickup the Showcare Lead Management unit. At this time the Showcare staff member will provide the exhibitor with a user name and password to access their leads online at www.showcare.com as well as a final receipt. Showlead USB: This option provides the user with a 128MB Showcare USB key with their leads downloaded onto it at the end of the show. The exhibitor can keep the USB key and use it as a personal storage device. If the exhibitor brings it back to the next Showcare event they can have their leads downloaded onto the Showcare USB key again for no extra charge. Q - How do I order a Showcare Lead Management unit and applicable accessories / services? A - We offer three different base Lead Management solutions with different options - see below: Ordering Methods:
Q - What is Showcare's cancellation policy? A - Showcare's cancellation policy can be view at: ( see cancellation policy document). Showcare's policy appears on the bottom of our fax order forms and on the online ordering page as well. Q - Why do the amounts on the order form and my credit card statement not match? A - At times there might be a slight discrepancy with the total amount on the order form compared to the amount on your credit card statement. As a Canadian vendor we charge orders in Canadian dollars, your credit card statement takes the Canadian dollar amount and converts it back to US dollars making the amounts different. The amount on the credit card statement will be slightly less than the amount on the order form. Q - I need a receipt showing the amount charged to my credit card? A - Email us at leads@showcare.com and one of our customer representatives will be happy to send you a copy of an invoice. Q - When will I receive an order confirmation? A - When ordering online your order confirmation is sent to you immediately. When ordering via fax Please send us an email at leads@showcare.com to receive an order confirmation. Please include the exhibiting company and show information Q - How much power does the Lead Retrival unit require? A - The Showlead™ Desktop uses 1 - 120 volt outlet and requires a minimum of 28 watts to run properly. The Showlead™ Mobile is battery operated and the Showlead™ Pro runs off your PC. Q - How long is the power cord? A - The power cord is about 6 feet in length (applies to Showlead™ Desktop) Q - How big is the Lead Retrieval? A - The Showlead™ Desktop is quite compact. The dimensions are 8" wide 5" long and 3"inch high. The Showlead Mobile is compact and comfortably fits in your hand Q - How many leads fit on a paper roll? A - The amount of leads that fit onto a roll of paper varies from show to show. Some shows provide more demographic information than others. However, the average is approximately 140 leads per roll. If you think you may require additional paper rolls it is always best to order prior to the show. Q - What are Standard Action Codes? A - Included with the Showlead™ Desktop, standard action codes helps to better qualify sales leads. Please click here to view the standard codes sheet. Q - What are Custom Action Codes? A - Upgrade your Showlead™ Desktop with Custom Action Codes. Create up to 40 sales action codes to better qualify your sales leads. First scan a badge then scan in an Action Code. Please click here to view an example of the Action Code Sheet. Q - What is a Generic Lead Survey? A - It allows you to better qualify your leads by utilizing surveys that not only qualify your leads within your booth but also allow you to gather important data and feedback to measure against your marketing objectives. Add notes and edit any record. The generic survey for the ShowLead™ Pro includes 10 survey questions and the generic survey for the ShowLead™ Mobile includes 5 survey questions Here's are some examples of a generic survey: Showlead™ Pro Generic Survey ShowLead™ Mobile with Generic Survey At the Show Related QuestionsQ - Can I turn off my Lead Retrieval unit at night, will it lose all my information? A - Yes you can turn off your machine at night and no there is absolutely no danger to your stored lead information. Q - Will you pick up the Lead Retrieval unit after the show? A - For your convenience we offer an end of show pick-up service. Q - Where do I pick up my Lead Retrieval unit? A -The Lead Management desk is located in the Exhibitor Services Area in the exhibit all and we are usually open 2 days before the show floor opens. Q - Will someone show me how to use the unit? A - Yes Showcare staff will run through a Lead Retrieval unit demonstration, and Lead Retrival user guides will also be available. A Showcare staff member is available for support throughout the entire event. Q - Can I get more paper at the Show A - The amount of leads that fit onto a roll of paper varies from show to show some shows provide more demographic information than others. However, the average is approximately 140 leads per roll. But, if you require more on-site our service area is always open and fully stocked with more paper. (Note: Only available with the Showlead™ Desktop Option) After the Show Related QuestionsQ - How do I retrieve my leads online after the show? A - After the show you will be provided with a user name and password once you have returned your Showcare Lead Management to the Lead Management exhibitors service desk. Your leads will be available online the day after the show at www.showcare.com (click the "Exhibitors" button). A - If your leads disk/or your login information has been misplaced please contact us at leads@showcare.com. Please include the event name and exhibiting company name. In return we will reissue you the login/password information to retrieve your leads online at www.showcare.com Q - Importing leads into your favorite software
Q - - What format do I get the leads in? A - Leads are saved in a standard comma delimited text file, known as "ASCII Comma Delimited". It's a basic file that can be imported into any software package. Leads can be stored on a USB Key for an additional $50 charge. All leads will be stored on our secure web portal after the event at www.showcare.com Q - Who do I contact for help with the leads post-event? A - Most exhibitor questions can be addressed by reading our extensive online FAQ. If you cannot find the answer to your question please contact us at leads@showcare.com. In your email please include the event name and the exhibiting company name. A - Your leads are automatically uploaded to Showcare.com once you return your system at the end of the show. When you return your Lead Management system to the service desk after the show, you will receive a user name and password to logon to your personal area on Showcare.com. From here you can manage, qualify and retrieve your leads at your leisure. Your leads will be available to you at Showcare.com the day after the show ends. Q - How do I send an Email Campaign? A - - E-mail campaigns can be sent out from the Showcare E-mail marketing Wizard: http://www.showcare.com/exhibitors (Choose option 1) before and/or after the show. They can also be sent out right from the Showcare online leads portal after the show. |
