Importing Leads into Outlook
** Open the Outlook program.
- Click on FILE.
- Click on IMPORT/EXPORT. The IMPORT/EXPORT WIZARD appears.
- Click on IMPORT FROM ANOTHER PROGRAM OR FILE.
- Click NEXT.
- Click on COMMA SEPERATED VALUES (WINDOWS).
- Click NEXT.
- At FILE TO IMPORT, click BROWSE.
- Search for the CSV you just created in EXCEL.
- Under OPTIONS, choose any of the 3 options you would like; it is all a matter personal/company preference.
- Click NEXT.
- Select the destination folder: CONTACT.
- Click NEXT.
- Select MAP CUSTOM FIELDS
- Drag the values from the source file on your left, and drop them on the appropriate destination field.
- Click OK
