Itinerary Planner & Scheduler Allow your attendees and exhibitors to create a personalized event itinerary with the online itinerary planner and scheduler. The customizable agenda can include any scheduled event within an event. Functions selected during the registration process can automatically be added to a registrant’s itinerary allowing them to keep track of what interests them most. Additionally a delegate can manage their own schedule by adding appointments or other personal items surrounding your event. Organizers can even block specific time slots of key events such as an open exhibit hall where a registrant is unable to book a conflicting appointment during that timeframe. The scheduler also has the ability to work before and after the event allowing an organizer to post deadlines and reminders for the registrant as well pre-event reading material etc. Unique itineraries can also be printed along with the event badge or downloaded into an outlook calendar file for use with a PDA or computer.
