SHOWCARE ANNOUNCES THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF ITS CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING

Showcare announces that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has approved the proposed corporate restructuring of the organization. As part of this process, the assets of AR Systems International, which was the mother company of both Showcare and Laser Registration, have been transferred to a new corporation. The transaction, which will see the two divisions Showcare and Laser Registration strengthened by new capital investment, brings together two strong organizations under one corporate roof.
