Following-up with Tradeshow Leads has Never been so Easy

Event organizers can rest easy with the new Showlead.com web portal created specifically to meet the needs of tradeshow and event exhibitors.  This new portal will simplify the management and follow-up of tradeshow leads by providing exhibitors the tools they need to quickly and professionally respond to potential customers in just a few mouse clicks. 

The Showlead portal provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of solutions to help companies leverage the Internet to manage their leads more effectively. This fantastic new site delivers solutions to exhibitors in three key areas:

1.  Ability to view and manage leads online

2.  Ability to generate detailed reports for each lead

View and Manage Leads Online: The easy-to-use lead management tools allow exhibitors to view a list of their leads collected at a show across each of the lead retrieval units that they rented. Exhibitors can quickly create new custom lists or append to existing lists of groups/categories of leads for downloading, email campaigns, or for simply viewing, editing or deleting.  The great thing about the lead management function is that users can easily create targeted lists by data collected such as job description, follow-up data, region, etc.  By tailoring these lists an exhibitor can choose to customize their follow-up.  For instance, they could send a targeted e-mail campaign to only Presidents/CEO’s or mail to individuals that requested a product catalog or even download leads by region to give to the appropriate sales rep to call.

Generate Detailed Reports for Each Lead: The extremely thorough reporting of showlead.com will be graphically displayed from information collected on the lead retrieval units.  Some of the available reports include breakdowns of event demographics, an analysis of survey/qualifier information, a geographic analysis and a lead summary by day.  All reports include full drill down capabilities, meaning you can simply click on the description or number in order to view a list of leads that pertain to that category.  To view details on an individual it is as easy as clicking on the ID link too drill down on a lead in the list to see complete contact info and follow-up data.

Promote and Market Online: One of the most unique features of showlead.com is the integrated e-mail campaign manager.  To send an e-mail campaign exhibitors simply start the user-friendly wizard that walks them through an intuitive step-by-step process.  Exhibitors can choose a list of leads to send e-mails to, select an html e-mail template from one of the many choices, customize the e-mail message and send the e-mail all within minutes.  Once the e-mail has been sent exhibitors will be able to view campaign reports that indicate open rates, click through rates, bounce backs and forwards all with detailed drill down capabilities.
