Showcare manages lead retrieval from end to end. That includes pre-show exhibitor outreach, order processing, service desk placement, onsite device distribution, training and troubleshooting, and post-show reporting. Your team gets a dedicated Lead Prospectus and Audit Report after every event.
Yes. Showcare contacts your exhibitors directly before the event, provides an dedicated order form, and manages online ordering. We also proactively reach out to target exhibitors to drive adoption and have offered webinars to increase exhibitor knowledge of available service offerings.
After every event, Showcare delivers a full Audit Report covering lead retrieval rental summaries, scans per company, scans per person, scans by aisle, leads by state, and a breakdown of scans by date and time. Raw lead data is available as well.
Showcare offers two primary options. Showlead Touch is a compact wireless handheld scanner with a touch LCD display, custom sales qualifiers, and optional Bluetooth printing. Showlead+ is a mobile app for iOS and Android that provides real-time lead access, custom qualifiers, and the ability to add notes and store contacts directly from a smartphone or tablet.
The Showcare AI Assistant is built into our lead retrieval app and gives exhibitors two powerful capabilities. AI Lead Scoring automatically ranks captured leads based on attendee profile data and qualifiers, helping exhibitor teams prioritize follow-up before they leave the floor. The Lead Dashboard provides a real-time view of every lead with the ability to add notes, enrich data, track status, and generate personalized follow-up messages directly from the platform.
Yes. Showcare’s Developer Kit provides real-time API access to badge data for exhibitors who want to feed lead information directly into their CRM, marketing automation platform, or proprietary sales tools. A developer familiar with REST APIs is required to implement the integration.
